Food

We are devoted to providing fresh, seasonal and where possible locally sourced food. Our style can be best described as Modern British & European with a regularly changing menu. Food is keenly prepared, presented and served by a knowledgeable team. Our food has been awarded the standard of two rosette from the AA.

Sunday roasts are always popular on Sunday lunchtimes as is our fresh fish. All fish is sustainably sourced from Marrfish who fish on day boats and deliver fresh daily.

Our outdoor space is perfect for al fresco drinking and eating in the summer months whilst in winter our real fires in the pub make for a cosy retreat.

Being the closest pub to Cambridge Crematorium we look after many wakes and can be trusted to deliver on such an occasion. Please see our menus for different packages and you can make an enquiry here.

Drink

Our wine list is unique in that it has a bias toward the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Many of our team have completed WSET training. We love our real ale and serve four local real ales at sensible prices, as well as an excellent range of lager and keg beer.
